A KosherEye classic cocktail favorite – adapted from a vintage recipe.

Ingredient:

2 ounces sweet vermouth*
2 ounces gin
1 maraschino cherry
1 strip orange peel
1 cocktail glass, chilled

Directions:

Combine sweet vermouth and gin in chilled cocktail glass

Stir. Garnish with a cherry and orange peel

* Kedem brand vermouth is kosher. However, if you cannot find kosher vermouth, sweet white wine makes a good substitute.
