Adapted from the original recipe

The Singapore Sling originated at the Raffles Hotel in 1916 by renowned bartender Ngiam Tong Boon. The original ingredients included Dom Benedictine and Cointreau, which to our knowledge are not kosher certified. We have adapted this recipe for the kosher drinker.

Ingredients:

2/3 ounce Heering cherry liqueur
1 ounce Gin
2/3-ounce triple sec
2 splashes Stirrings kosher blood orange bitters
1/3-ounce lime juice
3 1/3 ounces pineapple juice

Directions:

Shake all ingredients in shaker filled with ice

Strain into tall classic Tom Collins Glass.

Garnish with a cherry and pineapple slice.
